Under Google Now > Settings I see on option for notify you of birthdays. Any help would be appreciated. It didn't always do this. I can see this being a doze issue I have various apps, even some big ones like gmail, where even with the doze disabled the notifications are still pretty spotty compared Fixed it for me. I know how you do it by answering my dumb questions.
But if I create it on PC I get no notifications. O-well I guess I will adapt.
