This occurs every 90 minutes (give or take 30 minutes either way) on all computers that process Group Policy. Still, the Internet poses a risk that must be protected. I imagine it is an admx package that needs to be installed, but having put in the latest inetres.adm from KB2841134 it has had no effect.
