Thank you. Make sure the sound is turn on and it is not in mute and try it. the cut-out has no stopped! Perhaps this is really obvious but what has helped me was checking if the volume on one of the speakers is turned on. check over here

This is the volume control for the speakers which I did not even know was there until I researched the problem with my speakers. There's a cord that runs from the subwoofer to the power block, and it's solid. However, other USB speakers won't work, because they aren't designed to be used with other speakers.
